UAE Exchange opens its state-of-the-art Global Contact Centre

This world class global contact centre was inaugurated in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, on Sunday, 9th September, 2012 by Mr. Y Sudhir Kumar Shetty, COO - Global Operations, UAE Exchange. Functioning at the core of IT activity in God’s Own Country, Kerala, the centre is set in 15,000 sq. ft. From this state-of-the-art space, 300 professionals can address the queries for millions of customers from across the world, at any point in time.
